House Warming
Today we (Lasun and Laurie) started getting set up at the Fayetteville Trading Post! Our booth is all clean and clear, and Lasun has painted the walls a gorgeous gray-ish taupe. Just enough color to be interesting, but not too much to overpower all the fabulous pieces of furniture it will be surrounding! For the next few days, we will be putting finishing touches on several wonderful tables, chairs, and home decor items and moving them to their new home (and your new favorite place to shop): our booth at 2600 North College Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas! Hope to see everyone there on opening day - July 1st!

Counting down to moving day!
There are only 10 more days until Urban Antiques opens shop at our new home - The Fayetteville Trading Post! We are so excited! And by excited I mean a nice combination of joy and nerves. We have several pieces completely finished and ready to go (watch for pictures to be up soon or check our Facebook page), even more great pieces awaiting their paint transformation at Lasun's very capable hands, and tons of great home decor ideas still floating around Laurie's head, just waiting to come to fruition. Mark your calendar, set your GPS (2600 North College Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas), and get ready for a truly unique furniture shopping experience!

In the beginning...
Urban Antiques is a brand new business! Literally, the idea is only two weeks old. But it has been a fast-paced and action-packed two weeks! We already have several great pieces that have been redone and are waiting for new homes; even more pieces waiting in the studio to be touched by our artistic genius; and a new home in the works! You can follow us on Twitter (urban_antiques) and Facebook (Urban Antiques), and see our stuff in person in Fayetteville very soon!
